Ventura – Suspect Arrested for Domestic Violence, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Narcotics

An Oxnard man, Alex Castro, ran from deputies when they attempted to arrest him for battering a woman he was in a domestic relationship with.  Ultimately, Castro was located on the roof of the residence and taken into custody.  During a subsequent search by deputies in the area where Castro was hiding, they found 19 grams of methamphetamine and a fully loaded AR-15 rifle.  https://local.nixle.com/alert/7991110/
