Ventura County – Narcotics Supplier Arrest

During the month of October 2022, Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Street Team (NST) identified Robert Winchester as a source of narcotics supply to residents of Ventura and Los Angeles County.  The investigation revealed Winchester was operating out of his residence in the 1400 block of Patricia Avenue in the City of Simi Valley.  During the course of the investigation, Winchester moved to the 10900 block of Canoga Avenue in Chatsworth, where he continued to supply narcotics to residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.  NST detectives, working in conjunction with members of the Ventura County Combined Agency Team (VCAT), identified Sylmar resident Jesus Medina as a co-conspirator and supplier for methamphetamine, fentanyl, and other illicit drugs, some of which were ultimately destined for Ventura County.  Please click the following link for more details:
