Ventura County – Inmate Death

On 05/18/2022, at approximately 12:48 PM, deputies at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility contacted Mr. Seth Dees, who appeared to be suffering from a medical emergency inside his cell.  Deputies immediately rendered aid and summoned medical staff.  Ventura Fire Department personnel and Gold Coast paramedics responded to the scene to provide more advanced life-saving efforts.  Life-saving efforts proved unsuccessful, and Mr. Dees was pronounced deceased at the jail.  For further details please click the following link:  https://local.nixle.com/alert/9429597/
