Ventura County – Chilean Warrant Subject Identified

On March 9, 2022, deputies with the Thousand Oaks Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) arrested Byron Manuel Moris Perez and a juvenile who identified himself as a 14-year-old juvenile from Chile for their involvement in a residential burglary and subsequent high-speed pursuit that occurred in Camarillo on March 2, 2022.
