Oxnard – Wanted Felon, Felony Evading, Kidnapping, Resisting Arrest and Felon in Possession of Ammunition

Detectives arrested a man after he fled from a traffic stop while traveling at a high rate of speed throughout Oxnard and Ventura. It was later determined the man was a known Oxnard gang member with an extensive criminal background.
