On March 29, 2024, deputies with Camarillo Patrol Services responded to a vandalism that occurred on the 1700 Block of Ventura Boulevard in the City of Camarillo. Upon arrival, deputies located a graffiti vandalism which was believed to be related to a local “tagging crew”. A tagging crew is a group of people who work together to vandalize property with graffiti for recognition, notoriety, or thrill. The information was forwarded to detectives assigned to the Camarillo Special Enforcement Unit (SEU).
