On 07/28/2024, at 2115 hours, deputies from the Ojai Patrol Station responded to the 300 block of El Roblar Avenue regarding a fight. Upon their arrival, deputies interviewed an adult male victim who advised he was pepper sprayed by Isaiah Avalos in an unprovoked attack. Avalos left the area on foot and was not located at that time.
