The Moorpark Police Department is hosting a Citizen’s Academy at the Moorpark Police Services Center located at: 610 Spring Rd. in Moorpark. The Citizen’s Academy is an 8-week course designed to give participants an overview of the units within the police department and foster positive interactions with members of the public.
